Paddle refund policy
Purchases of Shop Ops Kit are intended to be processed by Paddle as merchant/reseller. Refunds for Paddle transactions are handled in accordance with Paddle's official Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms.
To request a refund for a Paddle transaction, buyers should use the support link in their Paddle receipt, the purchase confirmation flow, or Paddle buyer support at paddle.net.
Product access support
If a buyer has trouble accessing the Shop Ops Kit PDF, they can also contact us at support@shopopsmanual.site with the checkout email and a description of the delivery issue. We will help investigate access problems and provide product delivery support or a replacement download link.
No separate refund rules
MV ECOM LLC does not maintain a separate refund approval process for transactions processed by Paddle. Where Paddle is the merchant/reseller, Paddle's official refund process applies.
Consumer rights
Nothing on this page limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in a buyer's jurisdiction.
